How many of you have suffered from a headache? Most of us will at some point, and those who already have can attest that headaches are very uncomfortable. Forget uncomfortable, at times they can be debilitating!

There are many different triggers for headaches: environmental causes (such as Chinooks, temperature changes, or air quality), food allergies, work/life stresses, dehydration, muscle tension, joint dysfunction, ligaments, nerves and more.
