Dr Avni Harit took the time to explain to me the services she performed, how they worked, and why they worked. She explained in ways that I could understand both the treatments, and her findings after the assessment as well as a general idea of how long the treatment would take overall. I appreciate immensely that she took that time and I wasn’t rushed in an out again. Also incredibly thorough, professional, and friendly. Highly recommend.

I went here because it was close to me in Acadia and I had some benefits to burn, but I will keep coming back because of the amazing staff and treatments. Liaqat has helped me recover from lower back pain within just a month, and River has kept me feeling limber and fresh with all the massages. Will absolutely be continuing to go and recommend anyone else seek out their services!

A great place to go for a massage, really enjoyed the experience. I saw Matthew to tend to a sore back and he gave a top massage, and I left feeling loose and relaxed. He made sure he understood my situation and targeted those areas. On top of that he was really friendly making for a very pleasant and enjoyable session. Also, T.J at the front desk was also very friendly and helpful, adding to the pleasing atmosphere. I highly recommend this place as your future massage therapy!

If you are someone who appreciates detailed information and has a preventative mindset when it comes to joint/muscle health you will enjoy the care of this clinic. The approach is very conservative and emphasizes the importance of patient proactivity. You do not feel like you’re being pushed into a treatment plan to put money in pockets. Dr. Barry takes her time to help you understand the source of your discomfort and how you can prevent it.

I am new to the area and picked Energize Health because it was close and had great reviews, I was not disappointed. I saw Liaqat once a week for 3 weeks for vertigo problems. I felt better after our first appointment. I found Liaqat kind and professional. He takes his time with the assessment and explains everything thoroughly, while also making sure I am comfortable and not overdoing it. I will not hesitate to book with him again for future physio needs and recommend him to friends and family. Front desk staff were also very friendly.

I've seen a lot of different chiropractors and my experience with Dr. Cameron was by far the most positive! She was super thorough, took time to listen to my concerns, and gently educated me on everything she was doing. She used several tools in her arsenal instead of the "one size fits all" approach that a lot of chiropractors seem to stick to. Very impressed!

I’m a huge fan of her style of massage and cupping combined. It’s the best feeling!! Our hour to an hour and a half massages never feel like enough time! If I won the lottery, I’d see her on a weekly basis!
